After my vehicle was involved in accident and determined to be a total loss, State Farm reimbursed me for only about 75% of the vehicle even though the vehicle was fully covered. They were incredibly unhelpful throughout the process. Its been more than two months and we have yet to receive the reduced settlement/reimbursement money. I recommend almost any other insurance company, even if you had to pay a little more, as the service could not possibly be worse."

After Hurricane Ian when just about every business was closed from the devastation, Ann's staff was working to service their customers.
