"This review is long overdue. Our insurance needs have been fulfilled by Ann Clark State Farm for about fifteen years and the reason is this agency's great customer service. The staff at this agency actually care about their policyholders. This is especially true for Stephanie. Stepahine has always been there to answer our questions and service our policies. Stephanie gives you her time to discuss your insurance needs and doesn't rush the call. We can count on Stephanie to respond quickly and with the correct answers and appropriate options. After Hurricane Ian when just about every business was closed from the devastation, Ann's staff was working to service their customers. I recall standing in the front yard of my flooded home and flooded cars when Ann Clark herself called me to offer her assistance. Ann and I aren't that familiar with each other, but she reached out to see how we were doing as if we were part of her family. In a time where most companies and agencies have gone corporate or sold out to big MSO conglomerates, I'm glad our insurance needs are with a family business like Ann Clark State Farm."
