So was so very helpful when we had to take over the responsibility of managing and paying for both Auto and Homeowners Insurance for our aging father. "Service is great. I have a bundle of coverages from State Farm a long time client. My Renter's insurance for our home in a flood zone A area has a Loss of Use and Losses due to power outages clauses. These coverages have, subject to policy deductible, served me well over the last 3 hurricanes. I recommend this Agent to all my neighbors."

"I worked with Kesney Faubion at Amy Clark's State Farm Office. I was thrilled with the level of service that I received. We got down to the wire on getting condo insurance in time for closing. "Been kicked out from the State Farm after 2 accidents with the 25+ years with the company. Just remember- they can terminate your policy anytime they want without any opportunity from your side to discuss any options to stay ."

"Client since around 2000 for Life and other policies. Other than the very courteous Jean, I can’t recall any greeting or hello from Ann Clark, and although that’s a minuscule remark, a greeting would make a client feel their business “mattered”. From Venice to Kansas City I’m a lifelong State Farm booster, but policy costs have caused us to make changes."

"I felt so good when I dropped State Farm like a hot rock! They charged me almost twice as much as Progressive to insure my vehicles, and almost three times as another company on my business insurance. In my eyes, all insurance is a scam, with State Farm proudly leading the charge! Today I received 3 emails from State Farm telling me that my business insurance payment was late. The emails included handy links to allow me to conveniently send them $950-- even though I haven't had a policy with them for many months!! I wonder how many people just click the link and send them a payment for nothing. Good Riddance, State Farm! Shop around, folks! You can save big money!"

"We do not set the rates, State Farm sets the rates. Due to State mandated extensions from the hurricanes this past year, policies owed from September where extended to January. You spoke with our agency 10/01/24 when your renewal notice was posted and you stated you "might not renew" with no follow up. You got past due notices because of the State Mandated Extension and the agency not knowing you weren't renewing. Thank you for your business sir."

"On a random Tuesday morning, I had the privilege of speaking with "Sadie" in Ann Clark's office.
