"I felt so good when I dropped State Farm like a hot rock! They charged me almost twice as much as Progressive to insure my vehicles, and almost three times as another company on my business insurance. In my eyes, all insurance is a scam, with State Farm proudly leading the charge! Today I received 3 emails from State Farm telling me that my business insurance payment was late. The emails included handy links to allow me to conveniently send them $950-- even though I haven't had a policy with them for many months!! I wonder how many people just click the link and send them a payment for nothing. Good Riddance, State Farm! Shop around, folks! You can save big money!"
"We do not set the rates, State Farm sets the rates. Due to State mandated extensions from the hurricanes this past year, policies owed from September where extended to January. You spoke with our agency 10/01/24 when your renewal notice was posted and you stated you "might not renew" with no follow up. You got past due notices because of the State Mandated Extension and the agency not knowing you weren't renewing. Thank you for your business sir."

"Please be careful if you have a keyed ignition car. They happily took my business for my combined auto/home insurance then cancelled my car insurance 2 weeks later as they don't take keyed ignition cars. So basically they took my business promising me lower rates with combined coverage then cancelled my coverage. Should've been divulged up front they don't accept this type of coverage as it seems it's bait and switch to get my business. The person calling regarding this didn't accept responsibility on behalf of State Farm as a representative of the company. Pretty dismal experience."
"Mr. McCauley, Unfortunately, due to the vehicle year, make, and model State Farm is only willing to insure if the vehicle has a passive engine immobilizer. This is due to the rising risk of theft with these vehicles that have key ignitions. Our office works very hard to ensure we are informing every client with the information that is ever changing within the company. "Unprofessional, when I messaged her I wanted my policy canceled, I didn’t give her a date I wanted the rest of the month to finish. She didn’t answer right away. Yet she still cancelled without my consent on the date. Every time I had a doubt she wouldn’t even bother to help."
"The text request to cancel the policy was sent to the office at 10:30 pm on 7/27/21 when the office was closed. The next morning, 7/28/21, the text was responded to at 10:15 am asking which policy to cancel and you stated all 3. At 10:16 am a text was sent to you to verify the effective date of the cancellation and you never responded to that text. Every time that the office tried to follow up with you on an issue, question, or needed documents we had to try several times to a response from you."
